Dear Bahá’í Friends,

Over the course of this coming weekend, the Information and Communications Technology Department at the Bahá’í National Centre will be undertaking a significant upgrade to our IT systems as part of an infrastructure transition. During this transition, it is expected that our systems will be unavailable from the evening of Friday, 23 October until Monday, 26 October. It will not be possible to connect to the Membership or Administrative Portals and there will be no access to the Contribution System for individuals or Treasurers. Effort is being made to minimize the duration of this interruption and restore services as quickly as possible.

This upgrade represents a substantial change to our technology environment and is an important step in improving the reliability, security, and resiliency of our services. While we expect the transition to be successful, there may be occasional service disruptions or performance issues in the days and weeks following the migration, as we monitor, fine-tune, and optimize the new environment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. If you encounter any issues, unexpected behaviour, or service interruptions outside of the planned timeframe, please report them through our support email address, support@cabnc.zohodesk.ca, so that our team can investigate and
address them.

With loving Bahá’í greetings,
Karen McKye, Secretary
