To all Local Spiritual Assemblies,
Regional Bahá’í Councils and Registered Groups

Dear Bahá’í Friends,

Yesterday’s announcement of new public health restrictions in Ontario requires that organizations ensure all work is conducted remotely unless the nature of the work necessitates that it be done onsite.  Though the functions of a few of the friends serving at the National Centre do require them to be in the building, there will be limited availability of staff to receive unexpected visitors.  We therefore ask anyone who urgently needs to come to the National Centre in the next three weeks to arrange this in advance with a staff member.  Telephone lines will be answered as usual during working hours and any messages left at other times will be answered as soon as possible.  Mail will continue to be delivered and processed.

These measures are expected to be in place until 27 January 2022.  An advantage of the last two years’ experience is that we now have systems in place to be quickly operational in a remote environment.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

With loving Bahá’í greetings,
Karen McKye, Secretary
