Dear Bahá’í Friends,
We are happy to share the following message written on behalf of the Universal House of Justice to selected National Spiritual Assemblies, dated 22 July 2020. Please arrange for its wide distribution.
A new “Offering to Serve” online portal, replacing the previous website, is now active and accessible at service.bwc.org. The portal is compatible with most computers and mobile devices and allows Bahá’ís to complete, update and submit an application for service. Upon creating an account, an individual will be asked to answer a series of questions. Once an application has been submitted, the Office of Personnel at the Bahá’í World Centre will contact the believer by email to share additional information and advice. Those who attempt to access the previous site (bahai.bwc.org/service) will be automatically redirected to the new one. Individuals who require assistance are encouraged to contact the Office of Personnel by email at serve@bwc.org or through the website’s “Help & Contact” tab. Naturally, the friends are also welcome to submit an initial application for service by email or post.
With loving Bahá’í greetings,
Karen McKye, Secretary
