Canada’s ambassador for Religious Freedom, Andrew Bennett, tweeted this Ridván greeting to Bahá’ís in late April:

Canada’s Ambassador for Religious Freedom recently tweeted this message to the Bahá’í community.

“I wish Bahá’ís a joyous celebration as they mark the Most Great Festival of Ridvan when Bahá’u’lláh publicly declared His mission.”

Canada’s Office of Religious Freedom is under Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada. It exists to “protect, and advocate on behalf of, religious minorities under threat,” “oppose religious hatred and intolerance and promote values of pluralism and tolerance abroad.” The Office can be followed on twitter @FreedomReligion.
