Bahá’í Councils 2020-2021

On 25 November, the Day of the Covenant, a new term of service began for Regional Bahá’í Councils in Canada. Councils are institutions that were brought into being by the Universal House of Justice to carry forward the teaching work and minister to the needs of a rapidly growing Bahá’í community.

The following individuals will be serving on Bahá’í Councils until November 2021:

Alberta

Nazila Ghasemi, Tony Liu, Shamim Mehrabkhani, Helen Mirkovich-Kohm and Sina Misaghian

The Atlantic Provinces

Ryan Brennan, Stephen Gouthro, Mert Ozyonum, Wendi Ryan and Kelley Wright

British Columbia

Charlene Antinuk, Jason Burtwistle, Tabasom Eblaghie, Nabet Fani, Regina Jonker, Neil MacMillan, Susan Nelson-McDermott Ardekany, Chohre Rassekh and Anisa Skuce-Newell

Ontario

Jagdissa (Ravin) Appadoo, Alex Arjomand, Jane Hoy, Pejman Mosleh, Roya Mostaghim-Vaezi, Todd Smith, Elena Toukan, Faran Vafaie and Melanie Vafaie

Quebec
