Information for those wishing to serve in Nunavut
“God willing, the call of the Kingdom may reach the ears of the Eskimos (Inuit)…”
On 26 November, the Day of the Covenant, a new term of service began for Regional Bahá’í Councils in Canada. Councils are institutions that were brought into being by the Universal House of Justice to carry forward the teaching work and minister to the needs of a rapidly growing Bahá’í community.
“Beloved Universal House of Justice – how strong our love for you! How wide the gap between our limited sight and your stupendous insight! How we long to see your vision unfold!”
Four questions posed by the National Spiritual Assembly at this year’s unit conventions opened avenues for consultation across the country.
We are pleased to share a compilation of a few articles previously published in Bahá’í Canada on Bahá’í elections. The articles include guidance from Shoghi Effendi and the Universal House of Justice, pose questions for reflection, and seek to better understand the Administrative Order.
